Global Pulse is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sundays & Public holidays.

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC
  1. We Provide FREE SHIPPING across India above 999
  2. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST.
  3. Orders are dispatched within 8-10 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at globalpulse@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
  5. Tracking no will be provided on the given email ID. Kindly track the order on your end. If due to some reason the Tracking page shows delivered and you have not received the parcel - please inform us within 24 Hours and we will look into the matter. Post that we will not be able to help you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

In case of size exchange customer can raise a request within 24 hours of delivery. In order to get the size exchange customer need to ship back the garment.We donot provide with PICKUP Facility. The forward shipping charges of the exchanged product (from Global Pulse to customer's place) will be borne by the store. Customer has to ship back the garment within 48-72 hours of the delivery, Failing this we wont be able to accept any exchange.

RETURNS

1. If You Receive a Damaged Product.

Please Note we try to stay accurate to the true colors of our fabrics, however colors of the products may slightly vary due to screen calibrations and photography.At Global Pulse every product that you order undergoes a strict quality check to ensure that you receive accurate measurements and damage free products. It is quite rare that you will receive a damaged or defective product.

However if a customer does receive a defective product then he/she shall get full refund against the returned products. In such a case drop us a mail at globalPulse@gmail.com or whats' app us attaching the PHOTO AND VIDEO of package opening of the defective part of the product. We shall arrange a pick up from your delivery location. In case our delivery partners do not provide pick up service for a given pin code, the customer shall return the package by India speed post, and share a scanned copy of the India Speed Post receipt via email globalpulse@gmail.com. We shall refund you the shipping charges according to the speed post receipt .

This applies for any product you buy from us.

NOTE : We only accept returns in case of damaged product for which the customer needs to provide us with a proof picture.
